ONLINE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
When you are scheduling for your Eye Exam, we recommend that you block off at least an hour of your time. Please bring any eyewear or contacts that you are currently wearing. We ask that you arrive no later than 10 minutes to your appointment. Please understand that if you do, we will have to reschedule you.
For glasses pickup, please select the clinic you made the glasses order at, the for insurance, please select, "No Insurance" as we already have yours on file already, and choose the appointment with "Appt Dispensary."
**If you have any eye injuries, sudden onset of flashes or floaters or sudden loss of vision, please call our office.**
*Please note that we do have a 24-hour late cancellation/no-show policy of $50 if you are unable to make it to your appointment and are unable notify us outside of the 24 hour time policy.*
